As many people would be after the highly desirable OG colorway of the Retro 3, Jordan Brand is appeasing sneaker heads with the release of the Jordan 3 Retro “Sport Blue”. But we think it’s a pretty nice interpretation of the OG colorway. So we ask, will you be picking up this next-best-thing Saturday, Aug. 16?
The “Sport Blue” features the black/blue style that has been important for Air Jordan since the Jordan 1 hit the market.
The biggest miss of the “Sport Blue” from the OG style is the outsole: The OG had an icy treatment, while these have a sport blue tint… But this isn’t a bad thing. The blue will help keep yellowing from the sole.
